Kathie lists 6 Signs of Maturity in Your Kids.

Here’s a theme I keep returning to….Lindsey tells us The One Thing You MUST Do This Summer.

Chastity gives tips for Keeping Your Marriage Alive With a Toddler.

For a long time, I’ve been looking for a delicious chocolate chip cookie recipe that doesn’t contain oats (since our oldest daughter doesn’t like that texture).  I’ve tried a good number of them, but nothing was quite what I was looking for.  This week I tasted one of Molly’s chocolate chip cookies and I can say my search is over.  I haven’t made them myself yet, but I sure hope they turn out exactly like hers did ’cause I’ll be one happy camper!

It’s been a busy week here with our nightly Vacation Bible School, but we’re praising the Lord that it went well.  Hope you have a wonderful weekend!

I enjoyed your list, Tracey. I really like the signs of maturity post. It's something I've been thinking a lot about lately as my girls are getting older. I see areas where they are maturing and areas where they are not maturing as much. I also see areas where I'm not doing as good a job as I need to do. It's humbling. I'm glad you had a good week at VBS. Have a great weekend.

Thanks, Janet! Like your girls, mine are getting older and I can see fruit developing in some areas – and not as much in other areas. I, too, am humbled when I realize that I need to lead so much more by example these days. How much we need the Holy Spirit's power and the grace of God to parent these precious lives!

I know your girls have a mom that loves them and wants the best for them! May God continue to bless you in your parenting!

Hope y'all have a great weekend, too!
