Saturday Salutes

Lisa-Jo has A Prayer for All the Weary Thursday Mothers.

Sarah speaks to an issue I often struggle with in Waste Your Time.  This post is geared to homeschoolers, but I believe it speaks to all of us as moms.

Renee writes A Letter to My Sons (The Real Reason I Say No to Electronics).

Leigh shows us how to make Bread in a Bag with our kids.  This looks like a fun project to do together!

My 11-year-old and I made this Red, White, and Blue Poke Cake yesterday and it was very delicious!

Hope you had a good July 4th!  We’re off to the farmers’ market this morning, hoping to find some juicy peaches and a big watermelon.  Have a wonderful weekend!

Great links as usual! Rachel (4) wants to try the cake TODAY! I did pin it for Flag Day next year.
