This week I made Parmesan Rice Pilaf (minus the parsley flakes and almonds) to go with our chicken one night.  It was delicious!  Our ten-year-old was in charge of supper on Tuesday night so she tried the Oreo Truffles for dessert.  They were rich; not something I could eat every day, but a nice treat.

Crystal lists 8 Ways to Get Books for Free (or Almost-Free).

Since I’m making my prayer life a focus this year, I enjoyed reading Courtney’s post on Putting My Prayer Life in Order.

Hope you have a wonderful weekend!
