I tried these Baked Oatmeal Cups that Laura posted and they were a nice change of pace from our normal baked oatmeal.  I like that you can customize each one; chocolate chips for the girls, and coconut, raisins, or chopped apples for my husband and I.

Misty shares The Homechooler’s Simple Guide to Choosing Curriculum.  This could come in handy if you’re looking to purchase new materials for the next school year.

Since both of our daughters had plans with friends last night, my husband and I had a nice date night!  The rest of our weekend looks to be pretty quiet.  Hope yours is a good one!
