Saturday Salutes

October 15, 2011 by Tracey 2 Comments

I think the lesson from Raising Arrows’ Too Busy Texting to Parent post can be applied to other electronic devices as well.

Encouraging and helpful as always, Joy talks about giving grace to our children.

Besides the Pumpkin Cake recipe my husband brought home from a co-worker, the recipe I most want to try next is Jessica’s Jalapeno Popper Potatoes.

Amy’s list of hospital gifts for kids is a great resource if you know a child who has to endure a hospital stay.

The Modest Mom reminds me of the importance of being feminine for our husbands.

I was privileged to guest post at I Love My 5 Kids yesterday.  You can visit Lana’s site to read about the attitudes of a virtuous woman.

This morning will probably include our last trip to the farmers’ market for the year.  I plan to stock up on local honey and homemade strawberry jam!

Have a wonderful weekend!

Oh, have fun at the farmer's market! Nothing like fresh produce and homemade goodies!

Great links, Tracey. I'm so glad Joy is back in the blogging world ~ always gracious words of exhortation!

Love the feminine post too ~ something I'm working on daily!

Heading over to check out your guest post!

    Blessings on your weekend,
    Katie
