Laura’s Easy Breakfast Casserole was on our menu for the first time this week and it was delicious!  I liked that it didn’t include bread.  I added crumbled, cooked sausage and mine baked in about twenty minutes.

Many are the days I need to read Michelle’s advice in Color With the Crayons You’ve Been Given.

This Memorial Day weekend, amid the cookouts and water play, may we each take a moment to remember those who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.  Let us pass along to our children an appreciation for America and the men and women who so bravely defend her.
