I found a recipe for Honey Cornbread Muffins at Loving Life’s Little Moments and made them to go with our vegetable soup for supper one night this week. My ten-year-old claimed that they were better then the ones I usually make – which come from a box with “Jiffy” on the front! They really were delicious!!

I got a kick out of the cornbread muffin recipe. I'm not sure where I got it (but I'm sure it wasn't the Food Network), but I already make it — the original one, that is. And we love it!
