I made this Ground Beef and Potato Casserole for Monday night’s supper and it was good!  I increased the amount of milk in the cheese sauce to one cup and made sure everything was seasoned well before I layered it in the pan.

    I don't think cleaning could EVER be "fun" for me 😉 but yes, it's definitely easier when the kids do it alongside me or I have the TV on. 🙂
