Saturday Salutes

December 10, 2011 by Tracey 1 Comment

If you’re looking for seasonal crafts for your young children, read Crystal’s Six Fun and Inexpensive Christmas Activities for Kids.  I want to make the Button Wreaths with my girls.

Katie is hosting a giveaway for a cute Christmas apron at Blessed Femininity.

As I continue to admire others’ Christmas decor, I found this beautifully decorated mantle at The Frugal Homemaker.

Finally, I admire Jen for sharing the bedlam reality behind her Christmas mantle.  Judging from the number of comments on her post, I think we all appreciate the honest, “behind the scenes” look into her home.

Wishing you a happy, healthy weekend!

Those button wreaths are darling ~ think that would be a fun craft to do with all the children coming to our house next week!

Those mantles are gorgeous ~ I love all of her displays from each year ~ very cozy. Thanks for linking to that, it gave some ideas for ours this year (mantle is new to me since we didn't have one at our old house!).

Thanks for the link too! 🙂

    Blessings on your weekend,
    Katie
